As you see in the graph - since MI is 10 days ahead of WI, one would expect a similar peak after the WI spread the infection protest on 2020-04-24

In the COVID-19 times it can be challenging to work and to have kids who now have 100% of their schooling done remotely and are required to be online for a large part of the day.
