An Iowa Government department had an existing Microsoft Access project which needed to share data at multiple remote offices with some sites having an intermitent and/or slow dedicated connection.

The department wanted a solution and to be able to implement a majority of it after suitable training. Developed a solution which used Microsoft SQL servers for transactional and merge replication. Setup timeline, deliverables, modified Microsoft Access program to use SQL server, and seutp Microsoft Enterprise SQL servers at one office. Used the first office to train IT lead and delivered documentation for department to continue implementation with additional offices. Brought central component of the project to a close with good documentation allowing client to complete implementation.
