Since we've seen the 7 +/- 2 day lag in spikes in Italy and WIsconsin it's interesting to see if you can see those same patterns on a county by county basis. A good comparison is Racine vs Dane Counties.

Racine Co vs Dane Co

Some other apparent interesting items.  There was a surge in Racine county after the "Spread the infection protests" of April 24th where a group of people protested that wearing masks was bad. After the Supreme court dismantled the statewide health rules on Coronavirus, Dane County came out with their own set of local rules. Racine did not. So you see another spike after day 66. Interestingly there's a big drop 3 days after the GF protests starting at Day 82 both in Racine and Dane County but only a corresponding spike in Racine.  Where's the rise in Dane County?  Six days after the bars open.
